Recipe of Fish Briani

Fish Briani 
3 potatoes, peeled and chopped
2 pinch of powder "yellow"
1 / 2 cup ghee
2 large onions (chopped)
4 slices of fish (seasoned and fried)
1 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon of mixture garlic / ginger
1 / 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 / 4 teaspoon ground cloves
4 cardamoms split
1 / 2 teaspoon powdered saffron (turmeric)
2 tablespoon ground cumin
4 tbsp mint leaves (chopped)
5 tbsp coriander leaves (cotomili) chopped
2 green peppers (for the real hard as you like)
salt
1 / 2 kg basmati rice (half-cooked in salted water)
A few sprigs of jaffran (oriental saffron)
Ø  Salt potatoes, add a pinch of powder jauneet mix well. Fry them in the mantègue for 1 or 2 minutes.
Ø  In the same fat brown the onions.

Ø  In the bottom of a pan put the slices of fish, potatoes and remaining ingredients except onions, and saffron yellow powder

Ø  Pour 1/4 cup of water, salt and mix.
Ø 
Spread half the rice. Sprinkle over half the fried onions
Ø 
Mix with 1 / 4 cup of hot water the other pinch of yellow powder.

Ø  Add to oriental saffron and mix.
Ø 
Moisten the mixture of rice and do the same with the rest of ghee, fried onions and yellow liquid.
Ø 
Cover and cook over low heat until all liquid has completely evaporated.
Ø 
Serve hot with chutney love apples (tomatoes) and a salad of cucumber and carrot.
Ø 
Pieces of meat or chicken can replace the fish
